These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you and Everyes Ring Boxes when purchasing our products.

1. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an Order Confirmation email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including shipping information and any personalisation.

2. Product Variations

Our ring boxes may feature natural materials and handcrafted details. Slight variations in colour, grain, size, or weight may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but handmade products may occasionally experience delays. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Personalised Products

Bespoke or personalised products, including custom-engraved items, cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, unless they are faulty.

5. Liability

Everyes Ring Boxes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is generally limited to the purchase price of the product.
